MEET OUR AMAZING TEAM!
Meet the Founder
Ryan is a veteran health and fitness expert with nearly 20 years of experience in the personal training industry. Currently the founder and head trainer of his private practice in River North, Chicago, Ryan specializes in 1-on-1 and Small Group personal training designed for long-term health and performance.
Throughout his distinguished career, Ryan has honed his craft at premier fitness institutions including David Barton Gym and Equinox, and has successfully owned and operated his own training facility. His approach is deeply rooted in clinical movement science, holding certifications from NASM and DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization). Ryan’s expertise is further elevated by his work and mentorship under renowned physical therapist and DNS instructor Dr. Robert Lardner, as well as coursework through the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI).
By blending elite-level sports and injury rehabilitation insights with decades of industry experience, Ryan has developed a proprietary training process focused on helping clients lose weight, build strength, and achieve a leaner, healthier physique that lasts. His methodology begins with a deep dive into the individual: identifying their unique starting point, fitness history, and personal tendencies to create a truly individualized, effective, and efficient program.
Meet Jodi Matos
Hi, I’m Jodi. Since 2013, I’ve been helping clients build strength, improve body composition, and unlock their full potential—whether that’s enhancing athletic performance or moving through everyday life with greater freedom and confidence.
As a certified coach with specialized training in mobility, kettlebells, pre- and postnatal fitness, nutrition, and women’s health, I take a comprehensive approach to movement and wellness. My passion lies not only in helping clients achieve their goals but also in teaching them the principles behind effective movement and exercise so they can carry those skills with them for life.
My mission is to empower people through movement education, helping them develop strength, resilience, and confidence in their bodies. I believe that when we learn to move with intention, we gain the freedom to move wherever life takes us.
