Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Ryan!
I’ve been a personal trainer for over 14 years working in big box gyms, private studios, and physical therapy clinics.
I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer as well as a DNS- exercise specialist.
I coach, teach, and present about human movement and how to effectively use strength training as a tool to achieve fitness goals without getting hurt.
I take pride in understanding how the human body moves and how to help people improve that movement to look better and feel better.
Having dealt with multiple knee injuries in my early 20s and later back problems in my early 30s, I had to fight my way out of a weak core and a flat butt. Learning from some of the smartest people in the health and fitness industry is how I did it.
Now I’m here bringing you the knowledge and experience I acquired over 20+ years to help you get the butt and body of your dreams.
